Affordable Travel of Orlando, LLC Notices, Terms and Conditions
We are Affordable Travel of Orlando and we look forward to the opportunity to be your booking agent for your travel needs as it relates to your upcoming Disney World Vacation. The terms and conditions set forth (the "Agreement") describe what you are legally entitled to expect from us when you purchase travel related services through us , in addition to your obligations as a customer.
The terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to Affordable Travel. The term "you" refers to the customer visiting our web site and booking through our call center or web site a reservation through us using any and all of our services.
Our Agreement with you:
Attraction tickets, hotel accommodations, condo and town homes and private vacation pool homes.
We sell a variety of travel related products all provided us from different suppliers ("Suppliers"). Each supplier has their own terms and conditions that are applicable to your particular arrangements in addition to our general terms and conditions, and you should make you sure you understand them. Certain software and content found on our websites are owned and/or are licensed by us or our Suppliers. Your use may be subject to further conditions.
Affordable Travel is acting for you as an intermediary "Booking Agent" for products and services that are not directly supplied by us. We are not a co-vendor of such products and services. You will be entering into a separate contract with all suppliers in connection with such products and services.
Deposits and Payments
All lodging products booked whether through our call center or directly online require a deposit. If the booking is outside of 15 days from the date of arrival the deposit is generally $50 per order. For instance if you are booking 2 rooms at a supplier's hotel, this is counted as two orders and the deposit is calculated at $100. The same deposit amount ($50) is required to book a condo, town home or private vacation pool home providing the booking is outside 15 days of arrival.
If the booking is inside of 15 days of arrival, then the full amount of the lodging including any fees for cleaning, and sales and occupancy taxes are due and payable at the time of booking. If you are booking two or more of the accommodations, and you are coming inside 15 days of arrival, then the full amount including taxes, and any fees associated with the booking will be due and payable.
*** Note: Vacation Homes must be cancelled 30 days prior to the reservation date to avoid full charge of the amount due. Cancellation 30 days ahead will stop further billing, but the deposit is not refundable to cover expenses.
For any payment we accept all major credit or debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept cashier's checks for the deposit and final payments. No personal checks will be accepted.
Upon making a booking and providing your deposit, you are authorizing us to make the arrangements both in purchasing attraction tickets and lodging accommodations with the corresponding suppliers.
We reserve the right not to receive personal checks as a method of payment.
Property Protection Fee for Private Pool Homes, condominiums and town homes
Every supplier charges a deposit or Property Protection Fee against incidental damage at a lodging facility such as private vacation pool home, condominium, and town home. This fee or deposit assures the individual investor who owns the home that the home will be in the same condition it was prior to your arrival. If not the deposit or property protection fee will be used to cover the incidental damage. If the management company only offers a property protection fee (normally $75) be aware this fee is non-refundable.
Cancellations and Changes
Your contract with your suppliers may allow them to cancel or amend lodging bookings or attraction tickets. Since we are your booking agent, we will ensure that you are promptly notified of any significant changes once we become aware of such change. We accept no liability for any changes that may result.
Subject to the supplier's terms and conditions, you will have the choice of accepting an offer of the amended lodging or ticket alteration or cancel your booking and receiving any applicable refund. We do not guaranty any refunds will apply.
You may cancel your lodging reservation at any time. Any applicable refund will depend on when you notify us you are cancelling your reservation. Cancellation fee for a hotel room is $15 per room if you cancel 16 days prior to your arrival date. Cancellation fee for vacation homes, town homes, and condos is $50 per unit as long as you notify us 16 days prior to your arrival date. If you cancel your reservation within 15 days of your arrival the cancellation fee will go up. Please refer to your confirmation letter as to the exact penalty for cancellations inside of 15 days.
Failure to notify us and receive a confirmation of your cancellation will result in a "No Show" and could ultimately result in the entire vacation being charged with no refunds.
If you are changing your lodging reservation, we will notify the supplier of your need to change or amend your reservation. In certain cases, we may not be able to accommodate your desired changes and will notify us to which we will correspond with you. A case might be where you booked a 5 BR Executive vacation pool home and you are now requesting to reserve a 7 BR Executive vacation pool home. If the supplier does not have such in inventory, he will notify us accordingly, and we will pass this information on to you. Another for instance might be...you choose to extend your vacation an extra two nights in the condominium or town home you reserved. We will notify the supplier of your request. If he has someone coming into your unit right after your scheduled departure, he may not be able to accommodate your wishes. In many cases given enough time, we can usually take care of issues of change that you may request.
If you have an emergency: hospitalization, death of an immediate member of the family, cancellation of a flight, etc....we will do everything in our ability to help secure as much of a refund as possible.
Acting as your agent, we have relationships with numerous suppliers of attraction tickets. The reason for this is to supply you with the very best prices and deals available in the Orlando market for all your attraction needs. Where one supplier might offer the best discounts on Walt Disney World theme park tickets another might offer a better deal on dinner show tickets. We are constantly looking for the best deal to offer you.
If you choose to reserve attraction tickets, you are not obligated to pay for them until 10 days prior to arrival. At that time they will be paid in full. Failure to pay for the tickets on the tenth day prior to arrival will result in the supplier cancelling your order. Since you had no money on deposit for the tickets, no refund will be provided.
If you have paid for your tickets and you choose to cancel them....all discounted tickets sold for admissions Walt Disney World, Universal Studios and SeaWorld and any of their affiliates are sold to you by an outside supplier with the understanding by you they are non refundable. If you choose to cancel the tickets inside of ten days of arrival and they have been charged to your account, they (the tickets) will be shipped to you insured at your registered address.
They can be used by you any time you so choose to visit Orlando. Any Walt Disney World, Universal Studios or SeaWorld theme park tickets that have never been used...never expire until the first usage.
Unused attraction tickets99% of all attraction tickets sold have an expiration of 14 days from the date of first usage. If you bought and paid for a four day base ticket to Walt Disney World, the tickets are sold to you without stipulation as to what park you can visit, and again, they are not dated as to when they can be used. If you attend one of the four theme parks today, Disney World will honor access to any of their four theme parks including the one you were in today providing the ticket is used 14 days from today's date. If you choose due to weather conditions or other factors to only use two or three days of the four day ticket....Disney World nor Affordable Travel, nor the supplier providing the tickets will refund any money for any unused portion of a multi day ticket.
Base tickets into Hopper tickets. Often times we are asked by guests who wanted to visit one of the Walt Disney World theme parks in the morning, but desire to attend another of the Disney World Theme Parks at night. If you have a Disney world Hopper ticket, this arrangement is permitted for you are hopping between theme parks. However, if you purchased the less expensive Base tickets which allows for one park per day, you cannot use that ticket or even tomorrow's ticket to go to another theme park in the same day.
Problems with your reservation accommodations prior to arrival
If you have any problem with your reservation prior to arrival, feel free to call us at 1-800-633-7108. We will assist you in resolving the issue. In most cases, we can get the reservation or attraction tickets the way you want them to be.
Understand however, there are limitations to our ability to assist. If you make a reservation for an accommodation (hotel, condo or vacation pool home), and we have gotten the reservation confirmation back from the supplier...we cannot make any changes to the reservation until it has been confirmed. This process normally takes 48 hours from the time of booking. Please also note that if the reservation has been changed more than three times during the life of the booking, we will charge $15 per change from that point forward.
If the change is regarding your lodging and the supplier cannot accept the change, we will do all in our power to assist you with our other suppliers.
We can't guaranty the change at the same nightly rate from the new supplier as you were quoted from the original supplier.
If we can not make the change that you request, we will cancel your reservation, and refund whatever is appropriate after any applicable cancellation fees.
Problems with your reservation accommodations after arrival.
If you encounter a problem with your hotel room, suite, condominium, town home or vacation pool home, it is your responsibility to notify the supplier of the problem. His phone number will be provided you in the confirmation letter which will be sent 48 hours after your booking. If the supplier fails to bring satisfaction, feel free to give us a call at 1-800-633-7108 ext 7007. Since we are a booking agent, we will return to the supplier to see what can do to resolve the issue. Understand, we are not the management company. We do not have any inventory of product at our disposal, hence we are limited by the supplier to resolve the issue. If a satisfactory solution can not be reached, we will work through the process of cancelling your reservation. We will assist in getting any refunds for any unused portion of the monies paid for the reservation.
There will be no refunds provided to any guest who stays in an accommodation or lodging establishment, they have reserved and upon departing the vacation home, condominium, town home or hotel, they notify us of an issue you have experienced during your vacation.
If a refund is due, it will only be paid to you once we have received the funds from the supplier. We are not responsible for supplier's failure to pay a refund.
Where we don't sell travel insurance, it may well prove to be a good investment. There are a number of companies that provide trip interruption insurance. We feel that with our liberal refund policy of only two nights for cancellations of accommodations inside 15 days of arrival and the shipment of attraction tickets to your registered address in the event that you can't visit Orlando as scheduled, these slight charges are a much better option under our terms and conditions than paying trip insurance premiums generally 7 to 10% of the entire vacation package.
You agree to indemnify Affordable Travel of Orlando and our affiliates and any of our suppliers, and any such parties', officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any claims, causes of actions, demands, losses, damages or other costs, (including reasonable legal and accounting fees) brought by you or third parties as a result of (a) your breach of this Agreement, (b) your violation of any law or rights of any third party, or (c) your use of our website.
Since we are your Booking Agent, you further agree to indemnify Affordable Travel of Orlando, LLC it's officers, agents, directors, and employees of theirs for any liability, loss, claim damage, expense including reasonable attorney's fees and court costs arising from your stay at any of the suppliers hotels, suites, condominiums, town homes and private vacation pool homes.

The Low Price Guarantee protects your pocket book and takes the worry out of booking a hotel room or package. After you book with us, if you find a lower publicly available rate online for the same dates, hotel, and room category, we will match the price.
Determine if you found a better price, please not that the details need to be exactly the same. Beware of discount clubs and various other organizations offering cheaper packages which usually quoted inaccurate packages. Many of these organizations quote one price and at purchase time sneak in additional charges or admit they have omitted crucial details. The lower price you found must be available on another website directed to consumers in the same country as this site is directed, be in the same currency and must be for the same hotel, travel dates and room type.
