Once a reservation is made, we will charge your credit card a $50 refundable deposit per room, and the remaining balance for the hotel rooms will be charged off 10 days prior to your arrival.
The theme park tickets which you ordered will be charged off 15 days prior to your arrival. The tickets will be waiting for you at the hotel upon your checkin if you would like to have them delivered to you by Federal Express to the address we have on file please call 877-219-9325. As to comply with our agreement with The Walt Disney World Company, Universal Studios, and SeaWorld once the tickets have been charged off we cannot cancel nor refund any monies on the attraction tickets.
If you are ordering tickets within the 15 days of your arrival you will be charged at the time you request the order to be processed. Determine if you found a better price, please not that the details need to be exactly the same. Beware of discount clubs and various other organizations offering cheaper packages which usually quoted inaccurate packages. Many of these organizations quote one price and at purchase time sneak in additional charges or admit they have omitted crucial details. The lower price you found must be available on another website directed to consumers in the same country as this site is directed, be in the same currency and must be for the same hotel, travel dates and room type.
